About
Proof Brewing Co. is Tallahassee's largest brewery. After opening its doors in 2012, Proof is one of the city’s most beloved local watering holes where guests can enjoy a modern yet intimate tasting room, expansive lawn, covered patio, private events room, and award-winning craft beer. The recently added on-site Brewpub showcases an innovative Southern cuisine menu featuring shareable pub favorites with fresh, locally sourced items. Proof offers a wide variety of bold and flavorful beers in year-round and seasonal packaged cans at the Brewpub and Tallahassee retailers. @proofbrewingco
