Although there are now numerous locations, 4 Rivers remains a family-owned business specializing in slow-smoked barbecue, homestyle sides, and fresh bakery items in a family-friendly casual dining environment. Deemed “The Best BBQ in Florida” and one of “The South’s Best BBQ Joints” by Food & Wine and Southern Living Magazines respectively, 4 Rivers Smokehouse Tallahassee was the ninth Smokehouse and is a game day favorite of Founder/CEO John Rivers, a proud FSU alumni and avid Seminoles fan.
