When you think breakfast, do bagels come to mind? If so, then The Bagel Maker is your perfect spot. Jim and Sabina Hayden opened shop in Downtown Panama City in December of 2003 and have become a staple among the locals. They make a variety of bagels, breads, cream cheese and sweets, all made from scratch every day.

What to order: the Egghead with bacon on your choice bagel!
We highly recommend the “everything”.

Bayou Joe’s Marina & Grill is one of Panama City’s best-kept secrets, but not for the locals. The waterfront dining experience serves up “Old Florida” style food and service with a smile. What to order: Papaya Marinated Steak & Eggs - Cooked to order and so tender you can cut it with a butter knife. Served with two eggs and your choice of grits or home friends and toast.

With fresh bakery items made in house daily, the lively eatery serves up classic breakfast dishes such as their world famous french toast and fresh vegetable frittatas.

What to order: Get the Cafe Skillet with seared potatoes, onions and peppers, topped with eggs, ham, tomato, and melted cheddar cheese. Then, grab a pistachio muffin on your way out for later.
