Halloween Fest at The Market is a free, family-friendly event presented by The Historic St. Andrews Waterfront Partnership as a special market expansion on Oct. 26 from 8 AM to 1 PM. There will be traditional children’s activities, including a Trick-or-Treat trail, face painting, Chalk on the Walk, pumpkin painting, mask making, and much more. Also, you won't want to miss the Witches of St. Andrews bike parade at 10am.
