Florida Luxe Arts Festival
FLLUXE returns to Historic Downtown Panama City for its fourth year!
Chalk artists, musicians, and artisan vendors will color the streets of downtown Panama City with eye-catching 3-D installations, groovy sounds, and unique handcrafted goods in this 2-day event.
Come down on Friday to see the artists at work creating their installations, then return on Saturday to see the finished product! The art will be available to see as long as the chalk lasts (depending on weather and traffic over the art).
